As a benefit of membership, member organizations of Parent Booster USA are eligible for reduced cost legal services from Pfau Englund Nonprofit Law, P.C. The founder of Parent Booster USA, Sandy Pfau Englund, is the founder and principal attorney of Pfau Englund Nonprofit Law, P.C. Her law firm provides the following reduced rates for Parent Booster USA member organizations:

Members Hourly Rate:  $195
[regular hourly rate: $315/hour]

Nonprofit incorporation & tax-exemption package: $1,750
[regular start-up package: $2,885]

To receive these rates Pfau Englund Nonprofit Law, P.C. will confirm that your organization is a current member of Parent Booster USA and require you to sign a retainer agreement.
