Associate membership/renewal - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No recurring payments Provides access to PBUSA member resources including telephone support; suitable for booster clubs that are already 501(c)(3) tax-exempt

Booster club registration & membership - $195.00 (USD) Subscription period: Unlimited Registration & annual membership includes listing on PBUSA & IRS federal income tax-exemption list and membership dues through December 31.

Dues are calendar-based and must be renewed ($95) in January of each year to continue membership and your booster club's tax-exempt status.

Get Legal - $295.00 (USD) Subscription period: Unlimited Recommended for all booster clubs that are not yet incorporated, or who have not filed IRS Forms 990 for 2+ years. Includes 501(c)(3) registration, incorporation in your state, and obtaining your EIN (employer identification number; required for 501(c)(3) registration).

The membership fee does not include the filing fee your state charges for incorporation. State filing fees range from $25 to $135.

School administrator - Free Subscription period: Unlimited FREE MEMBERSHIP available to school administrators only (i.e., superintendents, principals, ass't principals.) Free membership includes access to BoosterCheck to review the tax exempt status of your school booster clubs and our workshops. School administrator membership does not include 501(c)(3) status.
